Meet Bunga Stevia Loka, our Club Manager of Anytime Fitness Senopati (Indonesia), a leader who describes her role in three words:

Resilient. Emotional. Confident.

And as this being said, that balance is what makes her leadership real, relatable, and powerful.

Get to Know Bunga

“A woman with a gentle and sensitive heart who consistently demonstrates resilience and strength.”

Bunga leads with a quiet strength, the kind that doesn’t always need to be loud to be felt. Her approach is grounded in empathy, care, and a steady commitment to pushing through challenges, even when things are tough.

One of the biggest highlights of her journey with IBA is seeing how far the business has come, and knowing she helped build that progress from the beginning.

“Starting my career at the Senopati club as a Club Manager when there were still limited SOPs… and now reaching a point where many innovations and changes have been implemented.”

From operating with limited structure to now thriving with innovation and growth, Bunga has been part of the foundation that helped Anytime Fitness continue developing in Indonesia.

And here’s a fun twist: while she appears composed and strong on the outside…

“I am quite emotional and can easily cry over even the smallest things, although it doesn’t show on the outside.”

So yes, she’s resilient, but she’s also deeply human. And that’s exactly what makes her leadership so genuine.

🌱 Living the United DNA: We Play

The United DNA value that resonates most with Bunga is #WePlay and she connects it to something the whole team can relate to:

“Winning awards at the Year End Party.”

For her, We Play is more than fun moments. It’s the culture of celebrating wins, staying energized, and building a workplace that feels light, even while delivering strong results.

“It reflects a cheerful, fun, and relaxed atmosphere, yet we still consistently achieve our targets.”

That’s the sweet spot: enjoy the journey, stay connected, and still hit the numbers.

And what motivates her daily is something she takes pride in and protects consistently:

“Maintaining a member community of 600 people, which is considered the largest compared to other clubs.”

That’s not just a target, that’s a living community she supports every day.

💪 How He Trains for Life

Even with a demanding leadership role, Bunga keeps wellness part of her routine in a way that’s realistic and sustainable.

Her routine includes:

  • Functional training twice a month

  • With a personal trainer at the club

Her current goal is simple, strong, and very meaningful:

“To stay healthy.”

And her reason makes it even more powerful:

“Because staying healthy is essential as a new mom.”

That’s the kind of motivation that hits differently, because wellness becomes more than personal. It becomes a responsibility, a priority, and a form of self-respect.

🔮 Looking Ahead

Looking into the next year, Bunga is aiming for growth and the next challenge:

“Being ready to manage a new club.”

And why is this goal meaningful to her?

“I feel more challenged when handling a new club, as the obstacles are similar to those I experienced when managing the Senopati club.”

That’s the mindset of a true builder, someone who doesn’t run away from challenges, but steps into them because she knows growth comes from doing hard things again and doing them better.

✨ Bunga reminds us that leadership isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s gentle, emotional, resilient, and quietly confident, and that’s exactly what makes it powerful.
