Meet Guillermo Domondon II, a specialist from the Learning & Development and Support Team, affectionately known as GD (Geedee). He describes his role in three words:
optimizing, AF Academy, and trainings.
And yes, he would like to top up "Excel" as well as a big part of it, he jokes that it has practically become his bestie.
“Everything I do here was new to me when I started, but figuring it out keeps me on my toes and constantly learning.”
For GD, his duty isn’t just about processes or dashboards, it’s about people and the resources that empower them. He measures his highlights not by metrics, but by the impact he sees across the Purple community.
“Being able to learn about different cultures, creating resources that help both corporate and franchise teams thrive, that’s my highlight."
While most might picture him glued to a screen with Excel formulas and draft posts, GD also has a culinary side. He has two majors, IT, which fits his job, and cookery, which is his passion. These days, he channels that energy into “cooking up the best learning resources possible.”

GD’s approach to wellness balances limitations with consistency:
Routine: Keeps active by making sure to hit at least 10,000 steps a day
Goal: Building a healthy mind and body rather than relying on natural metabolism
Why it matters: Staying fit gives him energy, confidence, and longevity to thrive in his daily work and future

With multiple clubs opening across regions, GD’s focus is on growth and impact.
